Our next workshops are scheduled for Saturday, March 20.
At 10am we have Pain Management. This workshop focuses on using Mindfulness meditation to slow down our emotions around pain, learn to better communicate with our bodies, and discover ways to manage our pain better. Pain management techniques have been gaining popularity since so many people are attempting to step away from surgical procedures and pain medications and instead exploring more natural and holistic methods.
At 1pm we have the Dream Board workshop, and we will be changing how we do this workshop to be more in line with our mission, so if you have been wanting to do this particular workshop, now is the time! Supplies are provided, so come join us for expressing your creative vision.
