Meditation Basics is the starting point for all of our workshops. Based on 4-part breath, meditation Basics helps us develop or deepen our meditation practice, as well as addresses what to do when we get stuck.
We all have to start somewhere. Meditation can be a challenging practice to establish, but also brings unlimited rewards. Learning to meditate has physical, mental, and spiritual benefits, but the practice itself brings with it certain hurdles that we must first overcome.
Challenges such as the monkey mind are very common, as is the difficulty of inserting a practice into daily life. In this workshop, we address these challenges along with whatever else you might be facing in your practice.
