We have our next meditation workshop set for Saturday, August 14th from 10am-11:30am. Cost is $40, please RSVP as space is limited.
In this workshop, the emphasis is on how to use meditation to deal with our stress and anxiety. We will look at the difference between stress and anxiety, and how we can deal with them.
The focal point of the breath is the exhale, releasing energy. We will also introduce techniques to help with grounding ourselves, finding our center, and instilling feelings of peace and calm in the moment of these emotions.
