Feel the Heart Flow Workshop

This Valentine's Day we will be focusing on activating the Heart Energy, both the physical energy of the heart as well as the spiritual energy. Using Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Tao, we will discover how to tap into this reservoir of elevated emotions, give and receive love, joy, gratitude, and compassion, and protect our heart from negative influence. Learn various mediations and movements to work with the Heart Center, coupled with lecture, and feel your heart flow!
